Combatting Appearance Insecurities
On this week's episode, we're talking all about insecurities and how to kick those BS things you say and think about yourself to the curb! Self-love is one of the main pillars of my empowerment coaching business. To truly love ourselves, we have to confront that inner critic head-on and shift to a mindset of gratitude for our bodies. You'll hear me open up and share some of the reoccurring insecurities I've struggled with over the years and what I'm doing now and recommend my clients practice for daily self-love and compassion.
